We offer a full range of roofing, waterproofing, and building exteriors consulting services including visual and moisture surveys, formulation of remedial and new construction plans and specifications, contract administration, project management, installation inspections, and project close-out. Additionally, we have extensive experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers ROOFER roof management program.

With offices in Stephens City, VA, Bryantown, MD and Fairfax, VA, we are just a quick drive or flight from your potential project. We offer more than twenty years of building exteriors experience, ranging from small cursory visual roof surveys for one-time clients, to full service, roof management plans for clients with properties located throughout the entire country.

We have provided and managed full service building exteriors design and consulting services to a host of clients that have ranged in size from small individual buildings to nationwide contracts for facilities with more than 1,000,000 square feet in roofing area. These projects have encompassed new and existing roof systems, plazas and below-grade building exteriors, and have required design, resolution of failure issues, inspections and evaluations. Some of our projects have spanned several years and encompassed numerous regional and/or national locations, many occurring simultaneously.
